ARTICLE 3 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements constituting the site https://www.marcomoretti.shop, including without limitation texts, articles, editorial content, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, slogans, videos, animations, graphical interfaces, Site architecture, databases, icons, visual identity, and all other digital or analogue content appearing on the Site (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Elements"), are the exclusive property of H and R Agency FZ-LLC or are subject to a duly acquired licence from the relevant rights holders.
